These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and Olimp Basketball Overview ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of our mobile application Olimp Basketball Overview (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Olimp Basketball Overview, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms

• You must uninstall and delete the App from your devices

13. Dispute Resolution
